Dr. Mahak Bhandari, Vice President of IRCAD India and Course Director of Hands-On Training in Laparoscopic Skills for Surgical Postgraduates, recently spearheaded a groundbreaking training event dedicated to shaping the future of minimally invasive surgery. This two-day intensive program, held at IRCAD India, brought surgical postgraduates face-to-face with real-world expertise, advanced techniques, and hands-on experiences that are rarely accessible at this level.

Dr. Bhandari, alongside esteemed faculty members Dr. Manoj Kela, Dr. Arun Mishra, and Dr. Mrigendra Singh, guided participants through a transformative learning journey. Day 1 introduced participants to essential laparoscopic techniques with expert-led lectures and live OT sessions, allowing them to observe and understand complex procedures in real-time. The day concluded with hands-on training in the WET Lab, where Dr. Bhandari’s personalized mentorship empowered each participant to refine their practical skills and confidence. 

Day 2 continued the momentum with live surgeries and interactive sessions.
